Family-controlled information

SoccerID helps parents and guardians organize a young player's soccer profile, milestones, seasons, team participation, media, and documents. Profiles are private by default. Families control what they add and should share access only with people they trust.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, player profile information, team membership, uploaded files, soccer history, and information submitted through forms. Please do not upload information that is unnecessary for the soccer-related service.

How information is used

We use information to operate SoccerID, provide private team features, preserve the player pathway, send requested invitations and service messages, improve reliability, and protect the platform from misuse.

Children and parental responsibility

A parent or legal guardian must create and manage profiles for children who cannot legally consent for themselves. Coaches should invite parents or guardians rather than creating child accounts on a child's behalf.

Sharing and security

We do not sell a player's soccer history. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the platform. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so families should use strong passwords and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive records.

Your choices

You may update or remove information in your account. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact the SoccerID team through the support channel provided in the application.
